How it works

A clear answer in one conversation

Tell us what matters

Your doctors, your pharmacy, your prescriptions, and what you spend today. Have your Medicare card and medication list handy.

We compare the plans

We look at the plans we represent in your county and show you real costs, network fit, and extra benefits side by side. You get the tradeoffs, not a sales pitch.

You decide. We stay with you.

If you enroll, we handle the paperwork and remain your local contact for claims questions, ID cards, and next year’s review.

Common questions

Medicare questions, answered

Does it cost anything to work with Temmen Insurance?

No. Our help is free to you. Licensed agencies like ours are paid by the insurance companies when you enroll, and the plan premiums are the same whether you enroll with us or directly.

When can I change my Medicare plan?

Most people can change plans during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 to December 7, with coverage starting January 1. If you’re in a Medicare Advantage plan, you also get one change from January 1 to March 31. See our enrollment periods guide.

Can I meet with someone in person?

Yes. We have offices in Springfield, Cape Girardeau, Topeka, Joplin, Wildwood, and Belton. Many clients prefer to handle everything by phone, and that works just as well.

Do you only sell Medicare Advantage?

No. We help with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and standalone Part D drug plans. The right answer depends on your doctors, prescriptions, travel, and budget, and we will tell you when a plan you already have is still the best fit.
