Which of these plans fit you?

About this tool
Where does this data come from?
From the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract year 2027 Landscape and Plan Benefit Package files, released September 2026. Counts include individual Medicare Advantage plans and exclude Special Needs Plans.
Does a $0-premium plan mean I pay nothing?
No. You still pay your Medicare Part B premium, plus copays, coinsurance, and deductibles when you get care.
What is a Part B giveback?
Some Medicare Advantage plans reduce your Part B premium, usually through a higher Social Security check. It’s one factor to weigh against doctor networks, drug coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
Why does my ZIP code show more than one county?
Some ZIP codes cross county lines, and plan availability depends on your county. Pick the county on your Medicare card or tax bill.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we offer. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
